Pricing questions

How do I lock in launch pricing?
Launch pricing is available through September 30, 2026. Standard pricing begins October 1, 2026. Start before then to use the current monthly rate, or choose annual billing to prepay 12 months at the displayed annual price.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Starter and Growth are available month to month. Annual billing is optional and applies the displayed 20% savings when 12 months are prepaid.
What happens if I approach my monthly address amount?
Screening checks are not automatically shut off at the monthly amount. The amount still defines the plan’s included usage; operational rate and batch safeguards apply, and the plan does not imply unlimited use. Contact Eagle Virtual if you need a higher amount.
Which blockchains are included?
Each plan uses the current supported-chain coverage. The evidence available varies by blockchain, token, and evidence class, so review the coverage matrix for the screening checks you need.
How is monthly usage counted?
Monthly usage is based on unique canonical addresses across the UTC billing month and is rolled up to the shared customer account. Re-screening the same address, or checking the same EVM account across multiple EVM chains, does not increase the monthly unique-address count.
Can I review the evidence before buying?
Yes. Open the , then review public coverage and API documentation. Create an account only when you are ready to run screening checks for your own addresses.
